I went running this morning with Alex at the BYU outdoor track, just to see what our mile times were. I ran it in 9 minutes 28 seconds. Not bad, and if I can keep that up for a mile and a half I'll have the academy pt in the bag. Alex however ran it in 8 minutes 15 seconds and put me to shame. I can only hope that by the time the academy is over my time will be far better. I don't know if I could handle being ridiculed by her for to long.
