Apparently since the last time I weighted myself, I've dropped a few pounds. That is not what I wanted. I want to put weight on not, take it off. Suffice it to say it was a little distressing. But as Alex pointed out to me, I was bound to lose some weight just because of all the running I'm doing. Oh well, I'll have to work extra hard to put some of that weight back on. (I'm down to 152lbs.) Bummer.
On the bright side I did just buy myself a sweet scale. It not only keeps track of my weight progression, but it also measures body fat. (I'm at like 12.5% body fat) It's pretty cool and has a digital display and everything. Which just gives me one more way to keep track of how I'm doing.
