Is there a change?

So I didn't weigh myself this week. Mostly because I was just busy and didn't get around to it. But I did take a new picture, I don't think there's any visible change. Like everything good, it takes time.

Ha! Yeah sheets are a good thing, but I can't say that I ever make my bed.
